Mission Builder Additional Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest to volunteer at YWAM Chico.

Complete the application there and then come back and complete this form.

YWAM Chico will have your information from Mission Builders International (MBI) once you have completed their application.

However, we also require will require a background check, which will be at your expense, to complete the application process to Mission Build at YWAM Chico.

If you are from the United States, a link for the background check will be sent to your email.  If you are an international applicant, you will need to send in a police report from your local police department.
