I understand that this debriefing is a structured process that will help me explore and reflect on the experiences I have encountered and the impact these experiences have had on me personally, spiritually, and relationally. I acknowledge that reflection on these experiences and their impact may be an emotionally painful experience, and may lead to initiating changes in my life, beliefs, and behavior.

I understand that the debriefer’s role is to guide me through the debriefing process and help me reflect on my experience. Any and all changes, decisions, or actions that result from this debriefing are solely by my choice and are not the responsibility of the debriefers, their representatives, or organizations and I take full responsibility for the outcome.

With the intent to bind my heirs, relatives, and legal representatives, I expressly release and hold harmless Michelle Liu and debrief partners, YWAM Chico and all other people or ministries working with them on their behalf from liability, loss, damage, claims, actions or judgements of any kind that may arise in connection with the debriefing I have or will receive.
